Two separate brands coming together to bring an exceptional pastry and coffee experience to the region.

Regina’s Baked Goods — Kamiak Coffee Co

Regina’s Baked Goods got its start in Moscow as an affiliate of The Breakfast Club in 2019. Regina, a professionally trained pastry chef from New York moved to Moscow in 2015. Surprised at the vacancy of bakeries in the area, she made it her mission to bring a NY flair to the region. She studied at the French Pastry of Chicago in 2018 before partnering with The Breakfast Club in 2019.

Kamiak Coffee Co was founded in 2018 by Grant Schoenlein and Kyle O’Malley. A mutual passion for coffee and a desire to bring specialty coffee to the Palouse inspired the company. They started as a small batch roasting operation focussing on wholesale and direct to consumer coffee beans. Since the beginning there was a vision for a full scale coffee shop, but neither Grant nor Kyle had experience in the bakery space and were unwilling to open a shop with subpar food. In 2021 Kamiak brought in Tyler Kennedy as the director of coffee. His experience as a barista and passion for coffee was a natural fit.

Regina, Grant, and Tyler connected in 2022 to craft a new vision of what coffee and pastries could be like on the Palouse. Over 20 months of business development, designing, and construction we opened our doors on August 23rd, 2024.
